There will be plenty of changing rooms and showers here.

The reason we don't have showers at our arenas has to do with financial and environmental sustainability. This way we avoid having to transport water long distances with tanker trucks and in addition, we reduce costs by SEK 650,000. This decision was also influenced by the experience of O-Ringen Sälen 2016, where the vast majority of participants lived in cottages and apartments, and therefore chose to go home and shower instead of using the showers at the arenas.

At our arenas in Trillevallen, Järpen and Ånn, there will be changing opportunities for women and men at designated changing areas. At our MTBO arenas in Östersund and Röjsmon there are showers and changing rooms adjacent to the arenas. TrailO has showers and changing rooms at arena Vålådalen and arena Röjsmon but not for Fröå mine and Mörsil.
