Tove Alexandersson won her third victory this year's O-Ringen week. Thursday offered middle distance in quite tough terrain in Boda outside of Koppom.
Magnus Nordström had made tricky courses, but it did not prevent Tove who won with a distance of half a minute to Anne Margrete Hausken Nordberg.
"It was not a completely flawless race but much more stable than yesterday," said Tove, when she was breathing out.
Third in the womens class was Simone Niggli, who has actually has finished her elite career, but still his very fast in the woods.
In the men's class it became really tight. In the end, Norwegian Olav Lundanes could win three seconds before Johan Runesson. Another 20 seconds behind came Rassmus Andersson.
"I thought it felt heavy today, but technically it went really well," said Olav, who took over the lead overall.
