Now we restarting the work with O-Ringen Smålandskusten 2024

During the pandemic and the two canceled O-Ringen years, the work with O-Ringen Smålandskusten, in and around Oskarshamn 2024 has, for natural reasons, been put on hold.

It has not been completely ineffective because certain adjustments and adjustments to the planning that were made up to the autumn of 2019 have had to be implemented. But now with "only" 2.5 years left, it is time to start the work again. Therefore, the "new" local management group and the association council gathered for a restart meeting in SOK Viljan's nice clubhouse on 8/12 to together with O-Ringen's acting CEO Jens Lindquist go through the conditions for working with O-Ringen, so that everyone has the same starting point and pull in the same direction.

They went through the O-Ringen strategy which focuses on making O-Ringen a well-known and sustainable world-class experience. To succeed in this, the work must strive to create community through wise choices that are clearly communicated both internally and externally.

The evening ended with a workshop where, based on the strategy's starting points, they looked at the O-Ringen Smålandskusten opportunities and challenges.
