The O-Ringen Week continues with the fourth stage

New day, new arena. Now at Flottsund next to the mouth of the Fyris River in Ekoln, the northernmost part of Lake Mälaren.

For the Foot-O, it's once again time for orienteering in Lunsen in the flat and detailed wilderness terrain. Despite good visibility and accessibility, the run is demanding with both mudflats and blueberry bushes. For the final checkpoint, all runners will cross county road 255, which is closed between 7am and 5pm. However, an emergency may require emergency vehicles to pass on the road. You should therefore pay attention when crossing the road, even if the road is closed. For the TrailO, perhaps the most challenging stage yet awaits in the small-scale, detailed forest terrain that the middle Lunsen offers. For MTBO, it's finally time for dream cycling in beautiful Lunsen! Please note that the start of this stage is a bit longer than usual. The start line will be from the MTBO-P to avoid having to go back and forth to the venue before the start. Change of clothes and overcoats can be left at MTBO-P for transport to Arena Flottsund.
Showers are available at Arena Flottsund for all participants.
