It's time for the fifth, and final, stage of O-Ringen 2022.

The final stage of O-Ringen takes place at Arena Flottsund and is the third stage in Lunsen. Now the forest is starting to feel familiar, but don't relax too much! As the trails disappear and the marshes and hills take over, it's hard even for an experienced course setter to keep track of where it is. For the MTBO, the final stage takes place on Uppsalaåsen. The trail and road network in the race area is dense and consists mostly of handmade trails as well as asphalt roads that are very fast to cycle. For TrailO, the same forest is offered as during yesterday's stage, Lunsen. Today the map is more lacking in detail - think macro, not micro, when reading the map.

08.30 First start OL Stage 5, Stage area Norra Lunsen.
08.30 First start MTBO Stage 5, Uppsalaåsen stage area.
10.00 First start PreO Stage 5, Stage area Södra Lunsen,
Arena Flottsund.
13.30 Last start time of the stage.
15.00 Prize collection opens at the O-Ringen Square (open until 21.00).
15.00 The O-Ringen Square and Youth Centre open.
16.00 Award ceremony for overall winner O-Ringen Uppsala 2022, stage the O-Ringen Square.
17.30 Musical entertainment with AKO and a five-piece band on stage at the O-Ringen Square.
18.00 O-Ringentorgets market street and youth centre closes.
18.00-20.30 Disco - up to 12 years, Restaurant tent on the O-Ringen Square.
20.00-23.45 Disco - 13-17 years, in the Veterinaries club house at the SVA.
21.30-02.00 Closing party from 18 and older, in the Restaurant tent at the O-Ringen Square.
