S1 & 2 Arena Simlångsdalen

The first and second stages take place in real Halland inland terrain with an arena that is beautifully situated with a fine view out over Simlångsdalens lake system. The area is varied mixed forest with areas of beech forest. The whole area has sections of cultured ground but in the area closest to the arena these areas are more obvious with a number of fields and farms. The climb is average to steep and some of the longer courses will go through areas which can be physically challenging, which is going to put runners strangth to the test. The second stage will have a little less climb.
