Terrain

The O-Ringens keywords are health, community, joy, challenge and competition. Meeting these requirements demands careful choice of venue and terrain, and in particular finding areas where all ages can compete and thrive on equal terms.
Typically, the organisers select 3-5 terrain areas, where one of them, for the last day, is adjacent to the O-Ringen Town. Each O-Ringen organisation has its specific character, depending on where in Sweden they are and what conditions exist in the vicinity, to create the best possible competitions!

To the left you can find all of the different terrain areas for the coming years competitions and what they demand of you as a runner!
