-I am very impressed that it worked so well and that there has been the energy to try new tings such as the results on display screens where all participants can be displayed instead of only the best in each class as in previous years, says Mark.
-In addition to this the most important factors, good maps and good courses, have been really good here in Hälsingland.
Karl-Erik Jonsson listens and nods, mostly agreeing and reinforcing.
-We would have like to have a few thousand more participants. It is this that I see as a negative now we have completed the week so successfully. When we put in so much effort and time it would have been nice to attract greater partipant numbers than in 2006, and we won't manage that, even if we haven't had any definite figures yet. It is maybe about 13-14 000 participants.
-A distressing event was obviously the theft of 28 display screens a few nighs before the start of the competition, but it was also very positive that we managed to solve the problem by securing new display screens in time for everything to work. Now we hope that the police manage to find the thieves so that we can put that behind us a well, concludes a very satisfied but tired general secretary.
