"My first MTB-O competiton was fun!”
Soile Gustafsson from OK Kullingshof has competed in both mountainbike and orienteering. At the first stage of the O-Ringen MTB-0 on Monday afternoon, she tried that variant for the first time. "It was great fun", she says.
About 300 people competed in the first stage of this years O-Ringen MTB-O. Many of them normally compet in MTB-O but for some it was the first time, like for Soile. And she liked it very much and will compete in the two last stages as well.
"The other days I compete in orienteering, but right now I think MTB-O is more fun.
Soile Gustafsson competed in the Open Middle class. There is also a Open Short and a Open Long. Everybody is welcome to compete in the two last stages. On Wednesday there is a sprint close to the O-Ringen square.
