Here is information about the entry fees for the different classes and prices for other services.

Entry fees and entry periods

Early entry can be done up until November 1st, at about 15% lower price than ordinary entry.
Ordinary entry can be done up until May 15th.
Late entry can be done up until June 15th at about 25% higher price than the ordinary entry.
After entry can be done up until July 21st at about 50% higher price than the ordinary entry.

All fees are stated in SEK and per date. After entry cannot guarantee space in desired class or a start time within the club start block.

Terms and conditions for entry

Competition entry: Registered entry to the competition is binding.

Extra services: Booking of extra services is binding from 15th May 2012.

Punching system: SportIdent, SI-card 5, 6, 8 and 9 can be used.

Conditions: The right to start in the competition and use the extra booked services is activated when the full payment has registered.

Refund policies: Entry fees to the competition are non-refundable.
The insurance STARTKLAR can cover refunds in some cases. Terms and conditions for the insurance: www.startklar.nu
Fees for extra services can be refunded if cancelled before 30th April.
A refund fee of 100kr will be deducted from the total. From 1st May no fees will be refunded for ordered services, but they can be changed (see below).

Changes: Entry can be transferred to another participant (name change) up until 20th July 2012 and costa 100kr up until 15th June and 200kr after this. Name changes can only be done through the O-Ringen office. If the change is to a class with a higher entry fee then the difference from when the original entry was made must be paid. If the change is to a class wit a lower entry fee there will be no reduction. Changing participant information and services (class, SI-card etc) can be done via the entry system for the O-Ringen without charge and can be done up until 15th June. Changes with the help of the O-Ringen office or at the competition office will cost 100 kr up until 16th June and 200kr after this (change of SI-number 100kr). After 15th June changes can only be done via the O-Ringen office or at the competition office.

Payment: Payment can be made with debit/credit card or via internet bank.
Payment regulations can be found when you enter or book services.
After 1st July payment is only possible with debit/credit card.
