To organize O-Ringen

The arrangement of the O-Ringen usually starts with one or more enthusiasts having an idea out there in the orienteering world and it can take a number of years for an idea to become a reality. The idea becomes a concept, the concept goes to application, the application becomes a implementation plan and about 5-10 years later one is left standing having just arranged the best ever O-Ringen!
