Christmas greetings from Sälen, part 2

Last week Julia Larsson told us that O-Ringen in Sälen is going to be her first one, and that she’ll probably compete at least one of the days. Therefore I’m going to share a recipe on “recovery balls” with the taste of gingerbread. Enjoy!

Recovery balls

200 gram dried, pitted dates
1 deciliter oatmeal
2-3 tablespoons of coconut oil
5 tablespoons cocoa
1-2 tablespoons strong coffee
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons gingerbread spice
Cocoa or shredded coconut for garnish
