We are proud to present 10-time O-Ringen winner and 2-time World Champion Tove Alexandersson in the start field for the 2017 O-Ringen Elite Tour.
Tove was dominant in winning the 2016 O-Ringen in mountainous terrain, and this year we get to follow along on her quest to repeat that feat in the Värmland wilderness.
- Tove is the greatest start we have. Her presence will lift the profile of the entire Elite Tour, says Jan Troeng, chief of competition at O-Ringen AB. He continues: - Her previous performances at O-Ringen are outstanding, and her recent race on the final leg of the 10MILA relay was exceptional! We are very happy that she had chosen to participate in O-Ringen Värmland 2017. This will give many O-Ringen competitors the opportunity to see Tove’s success up close.
- I am really looking forward to an exciting week in Värmland, says Tove Alexandersson. She continues: - I like the O-Ringen competition format very much and have always highly valued this competition.
